You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Document Studio regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
